One of the Adversary’s lies: “I can’t share my joy because it would make someone else feel bad.”

In preparation for teaching my Joyful Heart Mastery class this week, I was pondering about some of the lies that Satan will tell us.

One I have heard many times, is that if I am having a good, happy day and you are feeling sad, then I can’t share my joy because it will make you feel worse.

The truth is that Joy is contagious.

When I hear about your joy, it actually lifts me up and I am able to move through my day a little lighter because of it.

Sharing my joyful moments actually lifts others.

So in order to minister to others you don’t need to diminish yourself and stay at that level.

Instead, lift them up a little higher.

So Share your joys and lift those around you.
