HELP!

What am I doing?

What have I gotten myself into?

Why am I making my life so much more difficult when there is a perfectly acceptable building down the street full of qualified teachers more than willing to teach my children for me?

I admit: I know how you are feeling!

Choosing to take back the education of your children can be a very intimidating experience.

Even if you have been at this a while, you might not be free of those nagging worries about whether or not you can really handle all of this.

We all need support sometimes and it can be so helpful to have someone hold your hand and help you feel not quite so alone.

I love to talk with new and veteran homeschoolers.   To share what I have learned, often the hard way, so that you can hopefully have an easier time of it.

You CAN do this.

If there is one thing I have learned in my journey, is that:  You Do have what it takes.

If you are feeling called to personally oversee the stewardship of your children’s education, then you WILL receive all the Divine help and guidance you will need to succeed beautifully!!!

That is my message!

A Little About Me

Flora

I am an author, a mindset trainer, mother of 5, a student, and seeker of truth. I love to learn and am always working on something.  One of my favorite subjects is Education: Philosophy, Methods, Structures, Formats, History of, Curriculum, etc.  I’m not sure why such subjects would make one “giddy”, but for me, they do.  Education is where my true “geek” comes to the surface.

This site is an attempt to compile some of the great resources I have found and a place to share what I am currently learning.  My hope as that this site will be of some benefit to others as well.

I am a single homeschooling mother of five brilliant children. (Who says I’m biased?  It’s the truth!)  They have taught me, humbled me, and have made me a better person.

I truly love to talk with other moms who are on this path.  If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.  We can talk via email or set up a time to talk on the phone.
