The Courage of Joy

Blog

Here’s the scene.

It’s a winter evening. Kids are bundled up in their coats and hats.
Mom and Dad are smiling as they guide the children into the car.
They are all excited on their way to grandma and grandpas for Christmas Eve.
Mom scans the radio stations and finds Jingle Bells playing. The kids get excited ‘cuz they know the words and start singing.
Mom and Dad join in.
There is happiness, excitement, and contentment on their faces as the scene pans out into the night.

What happens next?

What is it that stops us from enjoying the happy moments?

Have you ever watched your baby sleep filled with love, and then go straight into imagining the horrible stuff that could happen to the child?

Softening up to Joy takes Courage.

Recognizing those moments and leaning in, instead of shying away and waiting for “the other shoe to drop” may be one of the most important things we can do for our own happiness.

But how do you do it?

Joyful Heart Master has taught me how to recognize those moments and breathe into them and expand them. It has provided me the tools to reconnect with the joy I felt as a child before life happened.

I am mentoring another Joyful Heart Mastery session.
If you desire to join me, let me know. You will be so glad you did.
